Snack Time! Banana Bread

My no fail banana bread is superb as muffins too. Super simple and sugar-free.

1 cup flour (I use spelt but WW or GF blend work well)
1/3 cup ground flax seeds
1 tsp baking powder and soda
pinch salt

add 1 scoop of genuine health protein powder (optional)
In separate bowl mix; 3 mashed bananas (1 cup), 1/4 cup coconut oil, 1/2 lemon.
Mix wet into dry.

Add chocolate chips and/or blueberries
That’s it! Bake at 350F for 30-35 min for loaf or 12-15 min for muffins
