Snack Time!

These delicious and healthy granola bars come from Rachel Connors of the Bakerita BlogThey are super easy to make and there is no baking required!

1 cup of large oats

3/4 cups of quinoa puffs

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp ground flax

1/4 cup of pumpkin seeds

1/2 cup of dried cranberries

1/4 cup of peanut butter

1/4 cup of maple syrup

1 tsp of vanilla extract

1/2 cup of melted chocolate

In a bowl mix, maple syrup with tahini or peanut butter and vanilla extract

In a separate bowl add all dry ingredients

Mix wet into dry

Pour and press onto a baking dish lined with parchment paper

Put in fridge for an hour and drizzle with chocolate!
